Hello and welcome sweet soul!
As someone who believes in leading a healthy life style (your body is your temple), I talk about the importance of stilling the mind through teaching meditation and teaching yoga. I offer consultations for any questions you may have regarding meditation, yoga practice, as well as consulting on diet and nutrition. I teach what I know!
I received my 200 hr Hatha/Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training through The Yoga Home in Costa Rica and have been teaching group yoga classes at my home studio, Yoga + Beer classes in surrounding breweries in Vancouver, Camas, and Washougal, as well as private 1:1 sessions.
Consultations- Are you wanting to learn more about living a healthy lifestyle either through nutrition, yoga, and/or meditation? Are you curious about what creating more mindfulness and awareness will do for your life? Meet with me to discuss any questions you may have. We meet for tea or coffee and you pay $99 for an hour of my time. Send your email to [email protected] to set up a consultation! I look forward to working with you!

“Yuliya’s yoga classes uplift and recharge my spirit every time! I love going because I know we are going to laugh, open our bodies, our hearts, and get inspired. Her classes feel like ceremony to me. From the way everything is set up for the remembrance of our divinity, and the way in which she leads. Every time I leave her classes I feel like something within was observed and transformed just a little bit each time. Like learning to open up my body where it’s at rather than trying to conquer it, and at the same time stretching myself just a little further than the last time. I highly recommend Yuliya’s classes if you are down for high vibrational energy that stretch you beyond your perceived limits, while honoring your body.”

“Yuliya is so much more than a yoga instructor… she has led me through a journey I never had any intention of taking.  I first came to a yoga class Yuliya instructed at a mutual friend’s house.  It was yoga wine Wednesday and honestly, I was there for the wine and friendship.  I had tried a yoga class years before and didn’t think much of it.  I was in a car accident several years ago and suffered a back injury; since that time, my activity had decreased significantly due to pain.  I am a busy mom of a teen and preteen, work full time in a high stress job, and get volunteered for everything under the sun… not really have an outlet for stress.  After my first class, I knew I found something I loved.  Yuliya met me at my novice level with kindness and patience, encouraging me to do more as I could.  I was so inflexible the first time, I wasn’t even close to being able to touch my own toes.  I began going more and more (now I’m up to three times a week!).  My muscles shook with every move but Yuliya kept encouraging my progress and celebrated the little achievements with me. I had come home from a yoga session with her and tried to touch my toes…and DID! I’m able to see so much progress, feeling myself walking differently and paying attention to posture and movement in a way I never have before.  It’s translated into being more conscious about what I’m eating. Yuliya has been the most amazing coach I could ask for, checking on me… listening to me whine when I’m sore- giving great advice on getting through it and being my overall tour guide into this world I never thought I needed.  My coworkers, family, and friends are noticing differences in me…  My husband and son started joining sessions as well…  My coworkers have started asking about it and joined me in a lunchtime yoga session to a quick video Yuliya recommended.  Her love and belief in yoga has spread to so many!  I’m so thankful that Yuliya was placed in my path.  She’s an amazing person that I’m so proud to know and call my friend.”
